The CIA has released a top-secret document that claims to offer a cure for cancer. The declassified document dates back to 1983 and details the CIA’s Gateway Process. In it, subjects would try to better control their own brainwaves using meditation techniques and reach higher levels of consciousness.
The agency’s efforts apparently had incredible results – with certain subjects able to reduce the growth of tumors.
