Thousands fled their homes in the southern US state and at least 15 people have been killed after a year’s worth of rain fell since the storm touched down on Friday (August 25). TV screens have been filled with images of the deadly category four tropical storm and its devastating consequences. But some people spotted something strange about one particular clip of the weather phenomenon.
Conspiracy theorist Tyler Glockner reposted the video which appears to show a strange object to “be "sent up into the atmosphere" right next to the eye of the storm. “Look at this massive cloud which appears out of nowhere,” he says. “It then takes the shape of a horse shoe. Today, Donald Trump continues to claim ignorance with regard to the harm caused by white supremacy movements. “We condemn in the strongest possible terms this egregious display of hatred, bigotry, and violence on many sides,” he said. “On many sides.” He failed to mention the hate groups responsible for the rally (which was initially spurred in response to the removal of Confederate statues) or to explicitly denounce their message of racism.
